Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings invites an organized Lending Center Specialist to oversee service quality and operational efficiency in our lending unit, ensuring timely processing, accurate requirements, and strict record-keeping.

You will coordinate loan applications, release loan proceeds, and prepare reports while maintaining compliance with internal controls and local regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; experience in banking loan operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor's/College degree in Business or related course.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and ensure accuracy, completeness of requirements for submission.
• Balance end-of-day transactions of the branch and safekeeping of all loan documents.
• Receive and process loan applications for approval by the Junior Loan Committee.
• In-charge of releasing loan proceeds to borrowers.
• Create and update Customer Information Files (CIF) for all borrowers.
• Answer inquiries regarding loan status and requirements.
• Generate daily and month-end reports and balance all transactions.
