Loan Application Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loan Application Coordinator to join our dynamic team in US. It’s a leading financial institution dedicated to providing excellent financial services to our customers.

As a Loan Application Coordinator, you are responsible for facilitating the loan application process and ensuring its smooth progression from start to finish. Your primary responsibility is to coordinate and manage all aspects of loan applications, working closely with customers, loan officers, and other relevant parties.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound inquiries from US consumers about personal financing.
2. Efficiently complete quick personal finance application forms and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
3. Communicate with customers to gather additional information or clarification regarding their loan applications.
4. Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding loan application, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
5. Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess risk and make informed lending decisions.
6. Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to ensure efficient processing of loan applications.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications, approvals, and denials.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to loan processing and underwriting.
9. Adhere to compliance guidelines and internal policies to ensure a high level of integrity and risk management.

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of the US financial industry, especially related to consumer finance.
2. Knowledge of credit ratings, their implications, and how they impact financing decisions.
3. Familiarity with basic standards and practices of financing in the U.S.
4. Minimum of 4 years of experience in U.S or Australian campaigns, preferably in credit card or personal finance.
5. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.
