Job summary

Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd is recruiting a Lead Process Control Engineer with extensive FEED and EPC experience for the Technical and Project Development Group in Singapore. The role oversees process control, instrumentation, automation and functional safety across all project phases, coordinating with consultants, contractors and vendors to deliver safe, reliable control system solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or LNG.
At least 5 consecutive years as Lead Process Control/Instrumentation/Automation Engineer.
End-to-end FEED/EPC experience on two projects.

Responsibilities

Act as Process Control focal point for CAPEX projects and oversight of FEED/EPC contractors.
Define process control strategy, design basis, and specifications.
Lead design of control systems including DCS, SIS/ESD, PLC, SCADA.
Develop control philosophies, alarm management, and interlock narratives.
Ensure functional safety lifecycle requirements and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to align interfaces and deliverables.
Provide field engineering support during construction, commissioning and start-up.
