Synchronicity Select is seeking a Live Streaming Operator to manage technical aspects of live broadcasts, including camera operation, audio, and video switching. You will ensure smooth streams, engage with viewers, and troubleshoot in real-time to deliver high-quality visuals and sound.
You will collaborate with tech support, live coordinators, and moderators to maintain workflow and promptly address issues during events.
The Live Operator Manages the technical aspects of live streaming events, including camera operation, sound, and video switching. Generally,handles real-time communication and support through various platforms, troubleshooting technical issues in real-time.They are responsible for engaging with users, resolving issues, providing information, maintaining the flow of communication in a live setting, deliver high-quality and professional live streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up and managing equipment: This includes cameras, microphones, audio mixers, and streaming software, livestream frames.
Monitoring and managing streams: Operators watch for technical issues, such as audio dropouts or video glitches, and make adjustments to ensure a smooth broadcast.
Coordinating with production teams: Live stream operators work closely with Tech Support, Live Coordinators, Assistant, Live Hosts and Moderators.
Troubleshooting technical issues: Operators need to be able to quickly identify and resolve problems that may arise during a live stream, minimizing any disruptions to the live streaming.
Ensuring high-quality video and audio: This involves adjusting settings, optimizing encoding, and making sure that the stream is visually and audibly appealing to viewers.
