Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging live selling sessions across digital platforms, showcasing CONCEIT Inc. products with enthusiasm and product knowledge
• Interact authentically with customers in real-time, answering questions and addressing concerns to encourage purchases
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service
• Demonstrate product features, benefits and applications in a compelling and persuasive manner
• Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business through authentic engagement
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and other communication channels during live sessions
• Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback and viewer engagement metrics
• Stay updated on product information, promotions and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• 3 days per week with a 5-hour shift per day; must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and promotional events as needed.
