Job summary

A dynamic online retail company in Metro Manila seeks a Customer Engagement Specialist. You will engage with customers via live streaming to promote products and provide top-notch customer service. Responsibilities include demonstrating product features, answering viewer questions, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance live sessions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a high school diploma. This is a full-time role requiring availability from Monday to Saturday, 2:00 - 10:00 pm.

• Energetic, charismatic, and comfortable in front of a camera.
