Job summary

Klaiya in Manila is seeking a Multimedia Designer to join our live selling and online promotion team. You will craft graphic layouts for banners and live stream visuals, and ensure design quality from ideation to execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Multimedia, basic troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and OBS for livestreams. Night shift in Binondo will be expected, with opportunities for promotion and salary growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Multimedia.
• Background in basic computer troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable in Graphic Designing using Adobe Photoshop.
• Willing to work in Binondo, Manila (Night shift).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of OBS and livestream setup.

Responsibilities

• Familiar and understands creative strategies, participate in brand layout designing
• Creation of graphic layout for banners, live stream layout, and online promotions
• Execute template and non-template design projects
• Maintain collaboration with the team to ensure design alignment and design quality
• Amend designs after feedback
• Participate in the design process from ideation to execution.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in the final deliverables, including proper alignment, spacing, and color.
• Assist in setting up equipment for live selling events.
• Operate the OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) for live sessions.
• Assist in handling paperwork related to live selling production.
• Actively communicate with different departments in devising solutions to streamline processes.
• Operate and troubleshoot live streaming equipment and software, and handle technical issues that may arise during live streaming sessions.
• Understanding of video production best practices, such as shot composition and lighting techniques.
