Responsibilities

• Include drafting and preparation of pleadings, attendance to court hearings, meetings and conferences for the client, case management, legal research, and management of overall litigation process.
• Excellent client care and personal administration skills, as evidenced by your ability to handle challenging cases and receive client referrals and recommendations, are required.
