Job summary

TechNerds Solutions is seeking a diligent Case Manager to support our litigation practice. The role focuses on organization, administration and timely progression of multiple active matters across intake, retainer management, KYC, conflict checks and calendar management.

You will coordinate with clients, counsel and third parties, maintain accurate records in Clio, and ensure filings, discoveries and deadlines are met with professional communication at all times.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in litigation or legal case management is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Client intake: Coordinating and completing intake forms and gathering relevant information.
• Retainer administration: Prepare and track retainer agreements and initial funds.
• KYC and conflict procedures: Collect and review client identification and conflict checks.
• Litigation file and case management: Manage multiple matters from opening to resolution.
• Task and workflow management: Maintain prioritized daily task lists and deadlines.
• Court deadlines and calendaring: Track deadlines and coordinate reminders.
• Client communication: Maintain proactive contact with clients via phone and email.
• Court documentation: Prepare and file court forms and pleadings.
• Document production and discovery: Assist with collection and organization of documents.
• Court filing and service: Coordinate filing and service within deadlines.
• Matter coordination: Schedule discoveries and prepare materials.
• Case records: Update Clio with all case activities and documents.
• Internal collaboration: Report on milestones and escalate risks.
