Job summary

STMicroelectronics in the Philippines (Calamba area) seeks a steady, detail-oriented engineer to perform analysis and repair on FT Line Sustaining activities. You will support production in accordance with company guidelines to help reach KPI/KBI targets, including documentation and safety practices.

You will contribute to line sustaining and improvements, with a focus on quality, reliability, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Any Technical Course, preferably Electrical/Mechanical Courses.
• With 4 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment, at least 2 years in Final test.
• Specific knowledge includes SPC, FMEA, Error Proofing, TPM and problem solving tools.
• Business understanding of the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and repair and share knowledge on FT Line Sustaining activities.
• Provide utmost support to achieve FT operation KPIs / KBIs.
• Follow company guidelines and ensure test shop floor operations are maintained.
• Involve in activities such as Line Sustaining Support, Budget Management, Technical Improvements, Documentation, and 5S/Environment.
