Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in lifecycle management, commercial operations, or portfolio management within regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of LoE planning, mature-brand strategy, forecasting, and brand maintenance.
• Proven track record leading complex brand transitions and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand-specific LoE readiness plans, tracking milestones, risks, and market dynamics.
• Design and execute late lifecycle strategies, including portfolio simplification and SKU optimization.
• Lead end-to-end transition of brands into the Commercial Portfolio with governance and budgets.
• Assess portfolio performance and recommend investment, licensing, or divestment paths.
• Collaborate across functions and markets to align priorities and translate decisions into action.
• Use analytics and business cases to support portfolio reviews and performance tracking.
