Team: Lifecycle Management (CLM) | Reports to: VP of Lifecycle Management | Location: Hybrid | Level: Senior / Lead
You own repeat business and the adoption of our secondary products, above all card and banking: getting customers who already have a Billease limit to come back, and to make the card and the banking product part of their everyday money life.
You own repeat business and the adoption of our secondary products, above all card and banking: getting customers who already have a Billease limit to come back, and to make the card and the banking product part of their everyday money life.
The repeat-business number. Campaign-driven repeat sales across cross-sell, win-back, never-transacted clients, limit utilization and the credit line.
Card and banking adoption. You own how many customers activate the card and the banking product, use them in their first weeks, and keep using them. You find the moments in the customer journey where each product makes sense, design the journeys and offers that move customers from "has it" to "uses it every week", and work with Product and Design when the blocker is in the app or it's feature rather than in the message.
Quality of customer comms. Every push, SMS, email, in-app message and screen text in your campaigns passes through your judgement before it goes out. You can tell whether a message is clear, true, on brand and worth the customer's attention, and say exactly how to fix it. You give Design and Campaign Operations sharp feedback, and you stop a send that is not good enough.
Revenue growth. Every campaign is judged on revenue, not on volume alone. You work with Risk on which clients we push and which we hold back.
Campaign strategy. Audience design, offer and message design, and the wave calendar for our always-on and one-off campaigns. Campaign Operations runs the sends; you decide what is sent, to whom, and why.
Experiments. Every campaign that matters has a control group, a readout date and a decision rule written down before it launches. You make sure the readout happens on that date.
Briefs and specs. You turn a goal into a precise brief: for the AI tools, for Campaign Operations, for Design, and for Product and Engineering when we need new events, data or app changes.
Must have
5 or more years in consumer lending, BNPL, fintech, telco or e-commerce CRM, with ownership of a revenue-linked metric (not only reporting on one).
Strong experiment design: control groups, holdouts, sample sizes, and knowing when a result is too early to read.
Data judgement. You can read a SQL query or a cohort definition and spot what is wrong with it. You don't need to write a lot of code, but you must be able to tell when a number can't be true.
Daily, hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) for analysis or writing, and a clear view of where they get things wrong.
A track record of driving adoption of a second product in an existing customer base: a card, a savings or current account, a wallet, or a similar product.
A sharp eye for customer comms. You can take a push notification, an email or an app screen and say what is wrong with it. Comfort with English and Taglish customer copy.
Clear writing. Briefs and summaries that someone can act on without a follow-up meeting.
Nice to have
Experience growing cards (debit, prepaid or credit) or digital banking xsell in the Philippines or Southeast Asia.
Credit risk literacy: probability of default, first payment default, vintage curves, limit strategy.
Hands-on experience with a CRM or engagement platform (MoEngage, Braze, CleverTap or similar).
Experience with the Philippine or Southeast Asian consumer market.
