Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to lead customer journeys and retention programs. You will use our automation stack to deliver personalised emails, SMS, and push notifications, aligning with our growth strategy and compliance requirements.

You’ll collaborate with the digital marketing team to map journeys, segment audiences and optimise flows at scale. Experience with Iterable and strong communication skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing automation or email marketing.
• Experience with customer journeys, segmentation and automation design.
• HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Ability to analyse data for decision-making.
• Experience with Iterable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, test and optimise personalised flows across email, SMS and push.
• Set up journeys, monitor performance and report insights.
• Own communications calendar and coordinate with stakeholders across teams.
• Ensure compliance with data and marketing legislation.
