Job summary

Emerson is seeking a hands-on DevOps professional to manage CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud resources, and containerized workloads. You will optimize release workflows across Dev, Stage, QA, and Production while supporting automation, incident response, and platform health monitoring.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in DevOps, strong Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, Docker, and scripting expertise, plus a Bachelor's degree in a technical field. This is a full-time on-site role in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of DevOps, cloud operations, or related experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment troubleshooting, and source control workflows.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps, Git, YAML pipelines, and scripting.
• Strong experience with Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, Docker, Linux, and Windows Server.
• Knowledge of monitoring, incident response, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and release workflows across environments.
• Manage Azure DevOps repositories, boards, pipelines, and approvals.
• Apply source control practices and branching strategies; support automated release processes.
• Support development teams in pipeline integration and deployment troubleshooting.
• Support Azure cloud resources, Kubernetes/AKS clusters, Docker-based environments.
• Perform server configuration, patching, and infrastructure updates.
• Assist with infrastructure as code and environment provisioning.
• Support platform operations for various services (SQL, Oracle, Linux, Windows).
• Monitor platform health, app performance, Kubernetes resources, and Azure services.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and incidents within SLAs.
• Handle tickets and coordinate escalation when needed.
• Maintain runbooks, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Contribute to root cause analyses and process improvements.
• Stay current on DevOps trends and best practices; suggest enhancements.
• Support DevSecOps practices and participate in improvement projects.
