The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ experience in life insurance sales or HMO/medical, plus strong customer service and client-relationship skills to support underwriting, claims processing, and policy servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related course.
• 3–5 years proven experience in selling or handling Life Insurance Sales or HMO/Medical
• Background in customer service and client relationship management
• Knowledgeable in various life insurance products is a plus
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
• Available to start as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by actively engaging prospective clients and promoting non-life insurance products
• Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance coverage and protection plans
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and policy documentation
• Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
• Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams for policy processing and servicing
• Monitor policy renewals and provide after-sales support
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and sales reports
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
