Job summary

J-K Network Services in Taguig is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to drive life insurance and HMO product sales. You will engage prospective clients, conduct needs analyses, and prepare policy proposals.

The role requires 3–5 years selling life insurance, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong client relations. Onsite work in BGC, Taguig with benefits including HMO and 13th-month pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience in selling Life Insurance.
• Background in customer service and client relationship management.
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by engaging prospective clients and promoting life insurance products.
• Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable coverage and protection plans.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and policy documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for retention and growth.
• Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams for policy processing and servicing.
• Monitor renewals and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and sales reports.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
