Job summary

Sun Life Philippines is seeking a Licensing Support Specialist to streamline license applications for recruits, ensure document completeness, and route approvals to Channel Management. The role requires familiarity with licensing regulations and strong administrative and customer service experience.

The position focuses on processing Trad and VUL license applications, coordinating with recruiters, and ensuring all paperwork including the Agent’s Agreement is complete before coding.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year business course.
• Experience in licensing function from the insurance industry; administrative, customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates license applications of recruits.
• Ensures completeness of documents submitted.
• Routes ACM to Channel Management for approval.
• Processes license applications (Trad and VUL) and submits these to the Insurance Commission.
• Provides feedback to the manager-recruiters on status of their recruits.
• Ensures all documents are complete including signed Agent’s Agreement prior to coding.
• Endorses recruit files for coding; advises NBO concerned.
