Job summary

Sun Life Philippines is seeking a licensing professional to support the recruitment process by ensuring timely license applications and complete documentation. You will coordinate with Channel Management for approvals and submit applications (Trad and VUL) to the Insurance Commission, while keeping recruiters informed on status and ensuring all signed agreements are in place.

The role requires licensing experience in insurance, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year business course.
• Experience in licensing function from the insurance industry.
• Administrative and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates license applications of recruits.
• Ensures completeness of documents submitted.
• Routes ACM to Channel Management for approval.
• Processes license applications (Trad and VUL) and submits these to the Insurance Commission.
• Provides feedback to the managers on status of their recruits.
• Ensures all documents are complete including signed Agent's Agreement.
• Endorses recruit files for coding; advises NBO concerned.
