Job summary

Sun Life in the Philippines is seeking a Licensing Support Associate to assist in the license application process for recruits, ensuring all documents are complete and routed for approval. You will handle submissions to the Insurance Commission and communicate status updates to managers.

Qualified candidates hold a four-year business degree and have experience in licensing within the insurance industry, plus administrative and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Licensing knowledge in insurance industry regulations and processes (IC).
• Computer literacy with Lotus Notes and Windows programs.
• Willingness to handle administrative and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates license applications of recruits.
• Ensures completeness of documents submitted.
• Routes ACM to Channel Management for approval.
• Processes license applications (Trad and VUL) and submits to the Insurance Commission.
• Provides feedback to the manager-recruiters on status of their recruits.
• Ensures all documents are complete including signed Agents Agreement prior to coding.
• Endorses recruit files for coding; advises NBO concerned.
