Job summary

Millennium Erectors Corporation is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to analyze, design, and review structural systems for ground-up construction, ensuring safety and code compliance. The role emphasizes sign-and-seal responsibilities and collaboration with architects and construction teams.

You will prepare plans, calculations, and reports, and review shop drawings while addressing field issues and ensuring adherence to project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer with valid PRC license and authority to sign and seal structural designs.
• Experience in structural design, preferably for ground-up construction projects.
• Proficient in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, codes, and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and structural frames.
• Prepare and review structural plans, calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
• Sign and seal structural designs, plans, and engineering documents as required.
• Coordinate structural designs with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and structural design revisions.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical solutions to construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
