Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer certification is required.
• At least 1 year experience on a construction site is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in MS Works, AutoCAD, or any estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and construct queries if discrepancies arise.
• Initiate take-offs of all materials.
• Finalize quotations for proposals.
• Read and interpret MEPF plans.
• Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products.
• Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors.
• Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process.
• Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget.
