Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with relevant architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of design detailing and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and team members.
• Organized, proactive, adaptable, and reliable.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently while collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural concepts, plans, designs, presentations, construction documents, and shop drawings.
• Assist in material selection, detailing, and permit processing.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, site teams, consultants, and other technical professionals.
• Conduct site visits and assist with construction supervision.
• Help identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Manage projects from design development to construction.
