Job summary

GENERIKA Drugstore in the Philippines is seeking a Licensed Pharmacist to join our team. The role involves dispensing medicines, counseling customers, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Licensed Pharmacist / PRC Board passer required.
• Newly board passers are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fill prescriptions accurately.
• Dispense prescription and OTC medicines.
• Provide medication counseling to customers and patients.
• Review prescriptions for proper dosage and medication.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and dispensing of medicines.
• Monitor and maintain pharmacy inventory and records.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and monitor permits and License to Operate (LTO).
• Document adverse drug reactions and product complaints.
• Coordinate with the Pharmacovigilance (PV) Team when needed.
• Provide drug information and support to healthcare professionals.
• Assist in pharmacy-related training and activities.
• Perform other duties related to pharmacy operations as assigned.
