Responsibilities

• Monitor raw materials quality status and ensure all materials used pass QC testing prior to use.
• Monitor and countercheck raw materials during dispensing or batching.
• Monitor accuracy of production stages during processing.
• Ensure Manufacturing Batch Records or Packaging Batch Records are properly filled and completed after production, prior to QC release.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monitoring of raw materials quality status, to ensure that every raw material to be used has passed QC testing prior to use.
• Responsible for monitoring and counterchecking of raw materials during dispensing or batching.
• Responsible for monitoring accuracy of production stages during processing.
• Make sure that every Manufacturing Batch Record or Packaging Batch Record (MBR/PBR) is properly filled up and completed after every completion of product batches, prior to QC release.
