Job summary

VITRO, Inc. in Clark Freeport Zone is seeking an Electrical Engineer (fresh graduates welcome) to monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, and cabling systems across our facilities, including data center support. You will record status, generate O&M reports, and escalate issues as needed.

The role requires willingness for a 24/7 shift, strong problem-solving, and teamwork with the Facilities Management team. Immediate start is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regular electrical, mechanical, and cabling systems.
• Record equipment status, utilization, and alarms; escalate issues as needed.
• Generate O&M reports and update equipment history records.
• Submit periodic reports such as O&M performance reports and project status reports.
• Operate and maintain data center support facilities (power distribution, UPS, generators, HVAC, etc.).
• Coordinate with Facilities Management for preventive maintenance of building facilities.
• Draw engineering plans, cost estimates, schedules, and material specs for facility projects.
• Inspect construction activities for conformance to plans and specs.
• Work with technicians on daily operation and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot to meet customer service levels and escalate as required.
• Ensure safety protocols during maintenance.

1. Equipment Monitoring and Documentation:

• Conduct regular monitoring of electrical, mechanical, and cabling systems.

• Record equipment status, utilization, and alarms; **escalate** issues as needed.

• Generate report for O&M for each equipment and keep and update equipment history record.

• Submit periodic reports, such as O&M performance reports, project status report

• Prepare and submit service reports, escalating to Tier 1 as required.

• Operate & maintain data center support facilities – electrical power distribution, UPS, Generators, HVAC equipment, Chiller Plant, Fire Alarm & Detection System, Fire Suppression, Access Control, Security Surveillance and Wire Management Systems

• Coordinate with Affiliates & Costumer Facilities Management Team for implementation of contracted preventive maintenance of building facilities.

• Draw engineering plans, do cost estimates, project schedules & material specifications for facility related projects and customer requirements.

• Inspect project construction activities to conform to plans and specifications.

• Work with technicians on daily operation and maintenance activities.

• Generate report for O&M for each equipment and keep and update equipment history record.

• Submit periodic reports, such as, O&M performance reports, project status report.

• Perform troubleshooting and product support to meet customer service level agreement.

• Incident Escalation and Reporting. Prepare and submit service reports, escalating to Tier 1 as required.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during maintenance activities.

• Stay updated on relevant systems, regulations, and best practices, with guidance from senior engineers and supervisors.

• Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Group/Division/Department Head to support overall objectives of the department and organization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree & Graduate of Electrical Engineering.

• Registered Electrical Engineer.
