CYBERBROTHERS CONSULTANCY INC. is seeking an experienced Licensed CPA to provide outsourced accounting and tax compliance services for the company.

The CPA will ensure accurate tax computations, filing of BIR returns, preparation of financial statements and income tax returns, and provide accounting and tax advisory support. The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR regulations, and the ability to work independently with high integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid Philippine PRC license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Experience in tax compliance, accounting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax computations.
• Prepare BIR forms, returns, schedules, and supporting documents; ensure timely submissions.
• Prepare the Company's Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and Annual Income Tax Return (ITR).
• Maintain proper recording and documentation of financial transactions; ensure records are ready for audit.
• Provide accounting and tax advisory services; update on BIR rules and deadlines.
