About the role

Maxispace Construction Services is seeking a licensed architect who can independently handle design projects, develop concepts, prepare architectural drawings, and present confidently to clients. PRC Architect license is a must.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee the design and development of architectural plans and specifications for commercial, residential, and industrial projects

2. Collaborate with clients, construction managers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met

3. Conduct site visits, analyze and interpret design requirements, and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges

4. Ensure all design work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards

5. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other managers to ensure seamless project execution

6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results.

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Architecture and a valid professional license to practice as an Architect in the Philippines

2. Preferrably 2 years of experience as a Licensed Architect / Project Architect, preferably in the construction industry

3. Proficient in the use of architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, and BIM tools

4. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex design challenges

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

6. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work within project timelines and budgets

7. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
