Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of design/construction experience and strong rendering skills using SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, and V-Ray. Proficiency in MS Office and BOM preparation is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (PRC Registered) with 3–5 years of design and construction project experience.
• Proficient in multiple architectural rendering software (SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, V-Ray).
• Knowledgeable in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, MS Project, Outlook).
• Experience in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Excellent communication skills, especially interfacing with foreign consultants and management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise architectural designs, plans, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Create 3D renderings and visual presentations using advanced design software.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with project scope.
• Participate in site inspections and support onsite design adjustments.
• Prepare and update the BOM for architectural components.
