Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Registered and Licensed Architect.
• Experience in architectural design, documentation, coordination, and construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong technical drawing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other disciplines.
• Review drawings for design conflicts and constructability issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, accessibility, and life-safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and material samples; respond to RFIs.
