Job summary

Innodata Inc. is seeking a License & Data Rights Reviewer to assess rights for data sources, licensing agreements, and IP protections to ensure compliant data use and licensing terms in AI-focused projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong IP background (LL.B./LL.M.) and 3+ years in IP, content licensing, or data licensing, with a preference for AI training data experience. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position.

Qualifications

• LL.B./LL.M. with an Intellectual Property focus or equivalent licensing experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IP, content licensing, data licensing, or copyright review.
• Preferred: Experience with AI training data, datasets, or AI-related content.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess the rights for a wide range of data sources, including licensing agreements and terms of use.
• Identify and verify copyright, IP rights, and data usage restrictions.
• Ensure licensing conditions align with intended data use and AI training requirements.
• Prepare clear recommendations on licensing compliance for data sources.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
