A leading automotive group is seeking a compliance officer to handle various governmental registrations and permits. Key responsibilities include processing applications for compliance, assisting in insurance applications, and filing necessary documents to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Apply, Pay, or Process the Registration and Certification of the following:
· Security Exchange Commission
· Department Trade Industry
· Laguna Lake Department Authority
· Board of Investment
· Intellectual Property Office
· Real Property Tax
· Department of Environmental & Natural
2. Assist Vehicle Registration in applying for Insurance at the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS)
3. Assist Vehicle Registration in cancellation of Chattel Mortgage at the Registry of Deeds
4. Coordinate with Philippine-British Insurance for DTI requirement
5. Process Application and Renewal of Government Permits such as:
· Zoning and Locational Clearance
· Business Permits
· Process Barangay Clearance
· Process Fire Safety Inspection Certificate
6. Process registration of Real Properties
7. Serve demand letters personally or through LBC
8. Filing of documents
9. Perform other tasks assigned by the compliance specialist, manager and VP for Legal and Compliance.
