Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of bank statements.
• Maintain clean data entry within accounting software and the Loan Servicing Software.
• Assist in preparing weekly cash flow reports and monthly financial statements.
• Ensure all financial records adhere to industry regulations.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)

Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero)
