Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd invites applications for Legislative Editors open to Iloilo and Quezon sites. The role focuses on assisting analysts with production tasks, text processing, and quality control to ensure accurate regulatory content handling.

You will work with Statenet.com and LexisNexis material, manage substantial data processing, and contribute to process improvements. Fresh graduates are welcome; typical hours are 6AM-2PM, Mon-Fri, with monthly RTO and potential changes to schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist Analysts with production tasks, including text processing, and quality control tasks.
• Understanding of jurisdictional regulatory content and processes supporting Statenet.com and LexisNexis.
• Assist with heavy data management and processing
• Work with ACCE to develop improved process efficiencies or procedural changes. Communicate effectively with teammates, and other teams regarding process, workflow, and workload issues
• Act as a problem-solving resource to team for both internal and external processes
• Adhere to production, tracking and scheduling in existing scheduling systems, and communication of best practices. Recognizes potential errors/roadblocks. Identify process opportunities and take action to remediate problems and formulate process improvements.
• View projects and tasks in light of production timelines, team/department priorities; follow-through in a timely manner on all tasks
• Support team decisions, encourages and support team atmosphere. Assist colleagues with production needs within team/department in order to contribute to overall work/life balance concerns; Take time to share knowledge and expertise, mentor, etc., plus proactively recognize and address knowledge gaps and opportunities to build competence within team.
