• Maintain and organize physical and digital case files, ensuring completeness and proper record-keeping.
• Coordinate with courts, government agencies, and other external parties on case-related matters.
• Support internal case preparation, including organizing annexes, case folders, and related documentation.
• Provide administrative and clerical assistance to lawyers and legal secretaries/assistants.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the litigation department.
