Poornata is seeking a National Head-Non Litigation (Corporate and Retail) to provide senior legal leadership for the Gold Loan business in India. The role covers advisory, regulatory compliance, transactions, and risk management across a dispersed branch network.

The candidate will oversee legal risk, review policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Credit to support growth while ensuring regulatory alignment.
