Job summary

APEIRON CONSULTANCY INC. seeks a motivated Legal Intern to support our Legal and Compliance team in Taguig. You will assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, while gaining hands-on experience in regulatory compliance and legal research.

The role is on-site at BGC, Taguig, with working hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Open to both voluntary and mandatory internships; graduates or students of BS Legal Management or related programs are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be graduates or students of BS Legal Management or related.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Organized, detail oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal and regulatory compliance documents.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining corporate records and legal documents in both digital and physical formats.
• Assist in conducting basic legal research using online resources and other research tools.
• Assist in maintaining and updating client database information.
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including archiving and database management.
