Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist the General Counsel/ OIC and Legal Counsel.
- Document and manage sensitive information.
- Handle accounting matters of the Legal Affairs Department.
- Liaise with External Counsel.

- Documents
- Ensure that private and sensitive information is used, handled, documented, and disposed appropriately.
- Set up, copy, scan, and store documents in the database.
- Create templates, if applicable.
- Handles requests from other departments for documentation.
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records and ensure they are up to date.
- Liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
- Manage the processes around documentation within the organization.
- Handle accounting matters of the Legal Affairs Department
- Prepare and review budgetary and financial transactions of the Department.
- Administers petty cash according to established procedures, submit and reconcile receipts for liquidation or reimbursement.
- Handle records and matters with External Counsel
- Prepare and review Statements of Accounts (SOAs) if it match well with records and supervise the progress of the case.
- Liaise with different external counsel of Solar Philippines (SP).
- Coordinate with external counsel and their staff and attend meetings with lawyers.
