Job description

As the Leasing Manager, your creativity will be essential in developing strategies to meet the tenancy requirements of your mall assignment. You will be responsible not only for filling tenants but also for ensuring that the mall has the optimal tenant mix to attract consumers in your area.

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, develop, and implement strategies, policies, projects, and procedures to increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy in the malls.
• Review, analyze, and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Oversee the administration and integration of sales and marketing functions to enhance tenant performance, tenancy, and leasing operations, aiming to meet target rental income and occupancy levels.
• Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits set by mall management, company policies, regulations, and established practices.
