  • Lease Documentation: Assist in the preparation and processing of lease documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and potential tenants to support leasing strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market analysis for management review.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing promotional events and activities to attract potential tenants and increase foot traffic in the mall.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the database of tenants, prospects, and lease details.
  • Site Tours: Coordinate and conduct site tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available spaces and amenities
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
