Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to oversee the flow of leasing activities for mall and building terms, and to negotiate offers and charges according to company requirements. You will monitor lease space for renewals and non-renewals, and handle filing of lease contracts, while maintaining a professional, customer-friendly demeanor.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Head Office in Pasay City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in similar field preferred
• Fluent in English
• Strong negotiation and management abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms
• Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands
• Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal
• Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts
• With pleasing personality
