Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management seeks a leasing administrator to oversee flow of leasing terms for mall and building spaces, negotiate offers, and manage renewals. The role requires a keen eye for terms, strong communication, and a presentable, pleasing personality.

Based at the head office in Pasay City, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with standard benefits. Candidates may have or be without prior experience; a bachelors degree and fluent English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and management abilities.
• Pleasing personality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms.
• Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands.
• Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal.
• Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts.
• Work Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:0 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Deployment: HEAD OFFICE - PASAY CITY.
