Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Lease Officer in Antipolo to handle tenants prospecting and negotiation, contracts management, tenant retention, lease turnover and renewals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business/management and at least 2 years of related work experience; knowledge of commercial lease is an advantage. This is a full-time on-site position with a compressed 5-day work week, and rest days on weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/management or related field.
• At least 2 years working experience in related field.
• Prior experience with Property Lease, particularly commercial lease, is an advantage.
