Job summary

Robinsons Land Corp is seeking a Lease Manager for Robinsons Malls. You will develop and execute the leasing strategy, prospect tenants, negotiate leases, and handle contract management, renewals, and turnover. The role focuses on occupancy growth, revenue optimization, and strong tenant relationships.

Location is Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas, Pasig with a 5-day compressed workweek; Saturday and Sunday are rest days. Prior mall leasing experience is a plus for ideal candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in business/management field.
• At least 5 years of experience in property leasing, preferably commercial leasing.
• Experience in tenant negotiations and lease management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategy for Robinsons Malls.
• Prospect tenants and negotiate leases.
• Manage contracts, renewals, and turnover of leases.
• Drive occupancy growth and maximize leasing revenue.

The Lease Manager is responsible for developing and executing the overall leasing strategy for Robinsons Malls. This includes tenant prospecting, lease negotiations, contract management, tenant retention, lease turnover, renewals, and the management of kiosk leasing tenants. The role is expected to drive occupancy growth, maximize leasing revenue, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants.

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in any Business/Management Course.
• At least 5 years working experience in related field required. Prior experience with Property Lease, particularly in commercial lease, is an advantage.

Work details:

• Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas, Pasig
• Schedule: 5-day work week schedule (compressed); Sat-Sun rest day.
