Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related courses; a Master's degree is an advantage but not required
• At least 5 years of extensive experience in leasing, asset management, and customer service, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities; analytical and effective in problem-solving
• Willing to be assigned at the Head Office in Ortigas, Pasig City

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Manager for Lease supports the Lease Manager in maximizing occupancy of assigned inventories, accounts, and projects
