Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our client’s team in a pivotal role that keeps their educational programs running smoothly. In this position, you’ll be the linchpin of operations, managing the intricate dance of scheduling facilitators with schools, ensuring clear communication between all parties, and handling essential administrative tasks. Your work will directly contribute to the success of educational programs that are making a real difference in students’ lives. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools like Canva and HubSpot, allowing you to showcase your tech-savvy skills while supporting a meaningful cause in education.

Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate complex schedules, expertly matching facilitators with schools to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, managing email communications between facilitators and schools with professionalism and clarity.
  • Craft visually appealing certificates using Canva, celebrating student achievements and program milestones.
  • Perform crucial administrative duties that keep the organization running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Potentially take charge of the company’s HubSpot CRM system, streamlining customer relationships and data management.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes, contributing ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
