The Learning and Development Officer is responsible for:
Leadership Development
- Perform Learning Needs Analyses to accurately identify development gaps and properly determine the scope and scale of learning interventions.
- Recommend, design, and develop learning interventions to address leadership development gaps.
- Implement learning interventions using the most suitable modality or mode of learning delivery, or blends of various methodologies.
- Evaluate, analyze, and report the effectiveness of learning interventions to inform stakeholders of learning outcomes.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Perform end-to-end user account management for both SAP SuccessFactors Learning and JFC Learning Web platforms to ensure learner database completeness and report accuracy.
- Manage all activities related to the overall management of the Business Unit’s learning records.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Business Unit, with Regional and Global Learning & Development partners, to ensure prompt and smooth communication and implementation of all LMS-related initiatives.
- Lead the execution of LMS-related initiatives within the Business Unit, ensuring timely implementation and compliance with Global L&D timelines and requirements.
Individual Development Plan (IDP) Process Lead
- Consolidate and validate IDPs, and curate learning interventions for all organic team members' IDPs within the Business Unit.
- Source and evaluate learning providers (if applicable) and facilitate enrollment in external training to ensure process efficiency and a positive learner experience.
- Manage all IDP-related learning records for data completeness and accuracy, maintaining a robust reference for analysis and decision-making.
Program Management and Liaison - Region and Global L&D Programs
- Lead the implementation of specified Region and Global L&D programs to maximize resources and ensure high participation and compliance.
- Represent the unit in Region and Global L&D workgroups to accurately convey the Business Unit’s context and needs concerning initiatives or projects.
- Localize communication and implementation of various programs to maximize participation and effectiveness.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Business Unit with Region and Global Learning & Development partners to ensure prompt and effective communication and implementation of initiatives.
Learning Events and Project Management
- Lead and co-lead learning events, from content and theme development, committee creation, event execution, to post-event activities.
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure high service delivery and achievement of stakeholder expectations.
- Manage learning events to optimize resources, stay within budget, and meet learning and event objectives.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business, or Education is preferred. Any relevant Science or Arts Bachelor’s Degree can be considered.
- Completed training in Learning Design and Development or Instructional Design.
- At least 5 years as a Learning and Development practitioner, with significant, at least 3 years of experience specializing in Leadership Development.
- End-to-end Learning Design and Development experience, proficient in general functions of learning management systems.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. An agile adopter of technology.
- Self-starter, with strong customer and stakeholder orientation.
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
