Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking an experienced Learning & Training Administrator to manage LMS records, create and schedule training events, and coordinate learner communications and materials. You will ensure compliance course assignments align with business unit requirements and contribute to program effectiveness.

The role also involves producing regular training reports, supporting new hire orientation, and assisting in evaluating learning outcomes to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience with LMS administration
• 3-5 years experience in events coordination and planning
• Preferred experience with Workday Learning, compliance training administration, reporting tools, and large-scale assignment campaigns

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update training records in the LMS and create events, sessions and courses
• Coordinate learner communications, training materials, facilities, schedules and equipment
• Assign compliance related courses to enterprise users per business unit/role requirements
• Produce monthly and yearly training reports detailing attendees, progress, completions, and other metrics
• Liaise with employees, trainers and management to ensure training program effectiveness
• Support new hire orientation and ad hoc training initiatives
• Assist in evaluating learning performance and identifying improvements

About This Job

Provide clerical and administrative support for the organization’s training function.

• Ensuring timely updates of organizational training records within a learning management system. Creating and managing learning events, sessions, and courses within a learning management system.
• Managing the coordination of learner communication, training materials, facilities, schedules and equipment within the department.
• Identifying, configuring and assigning compliance related courses to enterprise in accordance with business unit/role requirements.
• Producing monthly and yearly training reports detailing attendees, progress, completions, and other relevant information.
• Liaising with employees, trainers and the management team to ensure training programs effectiveness.
• Supporting new hire orientation execution and additional ad hoc training initiatives.
• Assisting in evaluating employees’ learning performance and related improvements.

Experience Requirements

• 3-5 years experience with system administration of LMS platforms
• 3-5 years experience in events coordination and planning
