Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Industrial Engineer (CIIE) to join our manufacturing client in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. This on-site, full-time role focuses on boosting production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness through lean initiatives.

You will analyze workflows, conduct time-and-motion studies, apply Kaizen and Six Sigma tools, and collaborate with production, QA, and engineering to implement corrective actions and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma tools are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance operational workflows and production processes.
• Use lean tools to identify and eliminate waste.
• Conduct time-and-motion studies and interpret production data.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support cost reduction while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and Engineering to streamline systems.
• Create SOPs and training materials for improved processes.
• Track and report continuous improvement outcomes.
