Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer to drive operational excellence across production and supply chain. You will lead CI initiatives, train teams in Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving, and update value stream maps to identify opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven Lean expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement and measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

Strong conceptual thinking and ability to analyze production data using statistical methods.
Excellent written and spoken English; experience creating technical reports.
Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and methods for driving improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Deliver Lean/CI training and facilitate CI tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, problem-solving).
Update Value Stream Maps and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead CI campaigns and LIFE programs to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Analyze cross-functional processes to uncover efficiency gaps.
Promote and lead benchmarking and best practice sharing across teams.
