Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in optics, materials science, or engineering preferred.
• 1–3 years of optical polishing or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience handling optical materials and precision measurement tools an advantage.
• Familiarity with cleanroom practices and manufacturing quality standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage handwork polishing of ZnSe lenses to meet quality specs.
• Oversee polishing process from setup to final inspection.
• Train and guide team members on polishing techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality to optimize processes.
• Maintain safety and clean work environment; ensure documentation accuracy.
